April 18th: Wedding
Emily and Nathan enjoyed Woodlawn Plantation as the backdrop for their wedding and cocktail reception. Billie Holiday, Sinatra, and Ella Fitzgerald were played throughout the cocktail period. The bride and groom chose Michael Buble's "Home" as their 1st dance. Emily and dad danced to Paul Simon's "Father and Daughter" while Nathan danced with his mom to Boyz II Men's "A Song For Mama". Retro 80s along with some late night hip-hop finished out an evening highlighted by a dance-off between the groom and one of his friends. Louis Armstrong's "What A Wonderful World" concluded the evening. Photography was provided by Jessica Smith.
